I don't know about you, but reading the title of this blog post makes me feel a certain way.
On one side, the media has made us all feel a certain way about the size we are. If you are plus size, the media makes you out to be too big. Facebook will send you ads on weight loss and gym memberships (yes, Facebook listens to us). Were you always bigger than most? Did you get bigger as you got older? Or was it after having kids? If you are non-plus size, the media still tells us we are still too big. The media always tries to tell you that you are not good enough, no matter what size you are!
Does the media make you feel they are true? Do you believe them? You should not allow anyone or any media outlet to make you feel anyway. YOU need to look within yourself and determine if you are happy, healthy, and able to do the things you want to do. These are the things that matter.
We all need to learn to love who we are, exactly as we are!
